AD/HD children respond amazingly well to yoga. Find a video and practice together. Yoga has proven beneficial calming effects. The reason for this is because yoga uses both body postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama). The breathing exercises help the child to calm down enough to follow instructions.
