How can I help my ADHD child speak up?

ADHD children Learning to speak up

Growing up) - Learning to speak up
An important skill for ADHD kids to learn is how to respectfully speak up for themselves. By the time they reach middle school, ADHD children should be able to politely speak to a teacher or other adult when the situation warrants - such as when they need a special accommodation, or further explanation on an assignment. It is important that they are polite and respectful, but firm.
